স্পষ্টভাবে অন্য কিছু উল্লেখ না থাকলে সব পণ্য স্টকের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর কোনো পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ হলে Bee Tech গ্রাহককে জানাবে এবং বাতিল বা প্রযোজ্য রিফান্ডসহ উপলভ্য বিকল্পগুলো ব্যাখ্যা করবে।
অর্ডার প্রদান করা Bee Tech-এর কাছে একটি ক্রয় অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়ার সমতুল্য।
স্বয়ংক্রিয় অর্ডার গ্রহণের বার্তা সব ক্ষেত্রে চূড়ান্ত অর্ডার গ্রহণের নিশ্চয়তা নয়। যথাযথ পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডার গ্রহণের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে Bee Tech অর্ডারের তথ্য, স্টক, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং পেমেন্টের অবস্থা যাচাই করতে পারে।
অর্ডার জমা দেওয়ার আগে পণ্যের নাম, পরিমাণ, ঠিকানা, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং মোট প্রদেয় টাকা যাচাই করুন।
অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করতে চাইলে অর্ডার নম্বরসহ দ্রুত Bee Tech-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার পর অথবা অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের নির্দিষ্ট পর্যায় অতিক্রম করলে পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হয়ে থাকলে আমাদের Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড পরিচালিত হবে।

অর্ডারের জন্য উপলভ্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি চেকআউটে দেখানো হবে অথবা Bee Tech জানাবে।
গ্রাহককে অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে এবং সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য দিতে হবে। পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে পেমেন্ট যাচাই করা হতে পারে।
PIN, পাসওয়ার্ড, OTP বা অন্য কোনো গোপন পেমেন্ট তথ্য অননুমোদিত ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে শেয়ার করবেন না।
